The joint practice of Sophia Brouckaert and Fiona Pohlmann is located in Schliersee near Munich and has been serving patients for over 20 years. After the takeover from the old Dr. Sommerlatte by the two new doctors, the practice has decided on a fresh new start. It was time to arrive in the digital age and stand out.
Mission
RedStreetMedia's Mission? Help Praxis Pohlmann & Brouckaert present themselves in a digital world. The new-look online and offline has to be personal and empathetic yet serious. The new online presence should serve as a hub for finding whatever a patient might need. The new experience for patients should therefore be simplified and be made more efficient. From finding answers to frequently asked questions about services to finding the right forms. Our approach needed to be comprehensive and cohesive, impacting customer touchpoints from badge design to online experience and everything in between. We also had to be innovative in finding key features that no other practice in the area offered.

Challenges

Clarify the brand’s positioning and the customers they serve. Create a website that informs about the practice and services, answers frequently asked questions, and serves as a tool for patients to make their visits to the practice more easy and efficient.

Outcome

RedStreetMedia helped Praxis Pohlmann & Brouckaert focus their brand and marketing strategy. This led to a clearer image of the brand and a better positioning online and offline. We created new features such as Care-Mail, a reminding service to which patients can sign up, that reminds them about key prevention visits, reoccurring vaccine shots, and other appointments crucial to everyday health that shouldn't be missed.
